The Cabernet Sauvignon Riserva Colli di Rimini DOC - Oltre - I Muretti is a refined and intense expression of Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the heart of the Colli di Rimini. This wine reflects the dedication of I Muretti to quality and craftsmanship in winemaking.

Produced exclusively with meticulously selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, this wine boasts an exceptional vintage that allowed the grapes to mature perfectly, developing complexity and aromatic intensity. The harvest is carried out manually, followed by controlled fermentation and prolonged aging in French oak barriques, which endows the wine with structure and nuances of vanilla, sweet spices, and a subtle smoky touch.

Visually, the Cabernet Sauvignon Riserva displays a deep ruby-red color. The nose offers enticing aromas of ripe black fruits such as blackcurrants and plums, enhanced by notes of black pepper, aromatic herbs, and an elegant aftertaste of wet earth, indicative of its clayey origin.

On the palate, the wine is robust and balanced with well-integrated tannic structure and lively acidity that leads to a long and lasting finish. These elements combine harmoniously to offer a complex and memorable tasting experience.

Ideal for pairing with hearty dishes such as roasted red meats, game-based dishes, and aged cheeses, the Cabernet Sauvignon Riserva Colli di Rimini DOC - Oltre - I Muretti is a wine that shines on special occasions and will continue to evolve well over the coming years.

A farm and agritourism estate in Montescudo-Monte Colombo (Rimini) producing artisan wines and operating a shop, restaurant and guest rooms, with attention to respectful agricultural practices and spontaneous fermentations.
Region: Emilia-Romagna
Country: Italia
Grapes: Sangiovese, Rebola (Grechetto gentile), Famoso, Trebbiano
Produced using spontaneous fermentations and non-chemical agricultural practices. Located in Valconca, with a strong territorial identity linked to the Adriatic Sea. Multifunctional estate: wines, agritourism, restaurant and farm shop. Distinctive wine ranges: Complice and Lulone, Libera and Almadira.
Winery history
Family-run, the estate began as a small farm and agritourism business. The founding partners have gradually developed the wine production while maintaining simple, hands-on methods, from hand-harvested grapes to winemaking using traditional, natural techniques.
Production philosophy
Respectful cultivation of soil and vines, hand harvesting, spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts, and the use of technology only when necessary: the aim is to let the wines express vintage, terroir and time.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located in the hills of Valconca, on moderately clayey soils, and are strongly influenced by the nearby Adriatic Sea, which shapes the wines' aromatic profile.
