Of an intense ruby with slight violet reflections, this Trentino Cabernet Sauvignon offers a direct and pleasant aromatic profile: ripe black fruits in the foreground, hints of dark cherry and plum, herbaceous nuances and a touch of sweet spice that integrates without overpowering. The olfactory impression is fresh and clear, not overly heavy, with good definition that invites the sip without feeling predictable.

On the palate it shows a medium‑full body, supported by present but polished tannins that provide structure without causing stiffness. The acidity is balanced and contributes to a smooth, easy-drinking character; the finish is savory and of fair persistence, with fruity and spicy echoes. It pairs well with hearty dishes — grilled meats, braises, cured meats and aged cheeses — and is best enjoyed at around 16-18 °C to appreciate its balance and freshness.
