Daubanton's Champagne Assemblage Extra Brut is a refined expression of the sparkling wine craft from the Champagne region, located in the heart of France. This traditional blend skillfully combines the area's typical grape varieties, offering a complex and harmonious aromatic profile. The production process, which includes extended fermentation and aging on the lees in the iconic Champagne bottles, gives the wine a fine and persistent texture.

In the glass, it shows a delicate and bright perlage, accompanied by elegant notes of ripe white fruits, bread crust, and a mineral touch reminiscent of the region's limestone soils. The palate, structured yet balanced, reveals creamy nuances and a vibrant minerality, ideal for pairing with shellfish dishes, smoked fish, or moments of refined conviviality.

Daubanton's Champagne Assemblage Extra Brut embodies the excellence and tradition of one of the wineries most dedicated to quality and terroir.
