Champagne Blanc Singulier Ed.19 from Ruinart shows fine bubbles and a bright straw-yellow colour. On the nose it is reserved but precise, alternating notes of ripe citrus, white flowers and a light scent of freshly toasted bread that provides depth. The aromatic component balances freshness with more complex nuances, while the profile remains elegant and unobtrusive, inviting tasting.

On the palate it is balanced, with a lively attack that gives way to a pleasant creamy persistence and returns of citrus and floral notes. The structure supports the bubbles well, making the drinking experience smooth and refined; the finish is clean and of agreeable length. A subtle mineral tension enriches the finish and makes it suitable also with fresh soft cheeses and light vegetarian preparations. Recommended serving temperature 8–10 °C.

Winery history
Founded on 1 September 1729 by Nicolas Ruinart, inspired by the monk Dom Thierry Ruinart. In the 18th century the House acquired the underground crayères in Reims for ageing; the family became Ruinart de Brimont in 1817. The House continues its historic activity in Reims and the Champagne region.
