This champagne is born from a careful selection of grapes grown in limestone-rich terroirs, which impart freshness and minerality to the final product.

The winemaking method follows the classic Champagne tradition, with a second fermentation in the bottle that gives this cuvée fine perlage and aromatic complexity. Winery history

The Loison family has been growing vines for generations; their commercial label was launched by Yves Loison in the late 1970s. In recent years management has passed to Clovis Loison, who has introduced new ideas while maintaining traditional winemaking practices and the enhancement of individual parcels.
