It is well suited to flavorful appetizers, fish and shellfish dishes, white meats and fruit-based preparations, and also works for convivial moments outside of meals. Serve chilled, around 8–10 °C, in tulip or flute glasses to emphasize aromas and bubbles; the magnum format facilitates a more even service during tasting. Store in a cool, low-light place with stable temperature; open carefully and consume within a few hours to best appreciate its characteristics.
