The Chardonnay Alto Adige DOC from Cantina Bozen shows a clear, straightforward profile, typical of the variety in this regional context. In the glass it appears straw-yellow with green highlights; the nose reveals notes of white-fleshed fruit and citrus, accompanied by a subtle floral hint and a mineral accent. On the palate it presents a balance of softness and sapidity, with pleasant persistence; the medium-bodied structure is supported by balanced freshness and a linear flavor texture, finishing clean and agreeable.

A versatile, easy-drinking wine, it suits fish dishes, shellfish, light poultry and fresh cheeses, and also stands up well to vegetarian preparations with moderate use of spices. Serve at around 8–10 °C in wide glasses to enhance the aromas. Storage and consumption can favor the immediate varietal expression; it is suitable for both informal occasions and more carefully prepared meals.
