Chardonnay Alto Adige DOC Lowengang - Alois Lageder comes from the sunny vineyards of Alto Adige, a land known for elegant aromatic white wines. This wine stands out for its pure expression of the Chardonnay grape, grown on porphyry-rich soils that impart minerality and structure. The name “Lowengang” refers to the evocative uniqueness of the cru from which it originates, reflecting the careful selection in vineyards situated at medium altitudes.

Aged in large wooden barrels and steel tanks to preserve freshness and complexity, this Chardonnay opens with intense aromas of ripe yellow fruit, butter, and subtle vanilla notes. On the palate, it is harmonious and enveloping, with good acidity that skillfully balances the softness. Ideal paired with fish dishes in sauce, shellfish, or delicate white meats, it represents a perfect example of balance between elegance and territorial character.
