The Chardonnay Alto Adige DOC "Merus" from Tiefenbrunner is a white wine that highlights the variety's character within the Alto Adige context. In the glass it appears bright with a fragrant aromatic profile, showing notes of yellow-fleshed fruit, citrus accents and light floral nuances; on the palate it offers a balance of body and freshness, with lively acidity and a silky texture that supports the sip without weighing it down. The flavor progression is linear and harmonious, with a clean, lasting finish.

It suits many pairings, ideal with fish dishes, shellfish and white meats, but also fitting with fresh cheeses and refined starters. Well suited as a table wine for informal occasions and light dinners; it is advisable to serve it chilled, around 10–12 °C, to best appreciate its aromas and tension. A versatile choice for those seeking a Chardonnay with a clear and controlled expression.
