The Chardonnay Alto Adige DOC Schwarzhaus from Stroblhof is born in the heart of the Dolomites, in an area characterized by a cool and sunny climate that allows the grape variety to express itself with elegance and finesse. This fine white wine is distinguished by its intense minerality, a result of the soil rich in porphyry and Dolomite sands, which gives complexity and structure to the wine. The aging process takes place with a part of the must fermented and matured in barrique, which imparts subtle vanilla notes and a velvety softness, perfectly balancing the natural freshness of the fruit.

In the glass, it shows a bright straw-yellow color, with aromas of green apple, white peach, and floral hints intertwined with notes of almond and butter. The palate is harmonious, savory, and with a persistent finish, ideal for accompanying grilled fish dishes, shellfish, or fresh cheeses that are not too aged. An authentic expression of Chardonnay in Alto Adige, capable of combining terroir and technique in a refined sip.
