The Pinot Nero Alto Adige DOC Pigeno Stroblhof is a fine example of the elegance that this variety expresses in the heart of the Dolomites. Grown in vineyards located at notable altitudes, this wine reflects the cool microclimate and the unique characteristics of the South Tyrolean territory, where the contrast between day and night promotes a slow and harmonious ripening of the grapes.

In the glass it appears with a bright ruby red color, accompanied by complex aromas of ripe berries, such as raspberry and cherry, with delicate hints of spices and light earthy notes, typical of Pinot Nero. The aging, carried out in small oak barrels, enriches the structure by imparting softness and a persistent, elegant, and slightly tannic finish.

Perfect paired with white meat dishes such as duck or medium-aged cheeses, this wine reveals the precious and sophisticated character of Pinot Nero in the South Tyrolean lands.
