The Chardonnay Rubicone IGT by Enio Ottaviani is a refined expression of one of the world's most beloved and widespread grape varieties, passionately cultivated on the fertile lands of the Rubicone region. This white wine, produced by the Mada winery, captures the essence of the territory through meticulous winemaking and careful attention to detail.

With a straw-yellow color and bright reflections, the Chardonnay Rubicone IGT by Mada releases an aromatic bouquet that invites the discovery of fruity and floral nuances. On the nose, notes of green apple, white peach, and subtle hints of white flowers emerge, enriched by a light touch of vanilla and butter, a result of brief aging in barriques.

On the palate, it reveals itself as balanced and harmonious, with a beautiful acidic freshness that balances the medium structure of the wine. The olfactory sensations are mirrored in the taste, where they integrate with a delicate minerality that adds length and pleasantness to each sip.

Ideal as an aperitif, this Chardonnay is also excellent when paired with fish dishes, shellfish, grilled chicken, and soft cheeses. Its versatility makes it perfect for various occasions, from informal dinners with friends to more sophisticated events.

With the Chardonnay Rubicone IGT, Enio Ottaviani once again demonstrates his ability to interpret the Chardonnay varietal in a modern and captivating way while maintaining a strong connection to its terroir of origin. A wine that encapsulates all the elegance and freshness typical of great Chardonnays, ready to be discovered and appreciated.
