This exclusive wine, Romagna Pagadebit DOP, is born from the skillful vinification of Bombino Bianco grapes, meticulously cultivated by the historic Enio Ottaviani winery in the heart of Romagna. The "Strati" line reflects a production philosophy aimed at enhancing the native characteristics of each variety.

The Romagna Pagadebit DOP - Strati presents a light straw-yellow color, with reflections that tend toward green in its youth. On the nose, delicate and inviting aromas of white-fleshed fruit, particularly apple and pear, emerge, enriched by floral notes of hawthorn and light citrus hints.

On the palate, the wine reveals itself as fresh and harmoniously balanced. Its lively acidity perfectly combines with a discreet sapidity, typical of Bombino Bianco grapes, offering a pleasant and persistent sip. Delicate mineral nuances are also recognized, adding complexity to the flavor profile.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Romagna Pagadebit DOP - Strati by Enio Ottaviani is also an excellent companion to light dishes, such as seafood appetizers, fresh salads, and delicate vegetable-based first courses. Also recommended with fresh cheeses and not too elaborate fish dishes, this wine best expresses the qualities of the Romagnolo territory.

Serve at a temperature of about 8-10°C to fully enjoy its qualities. The Enio Ottaviani winery continues to maintain high production standards, respecting the environment and tradition, thus guaranteeing a superior quality product that tells the story and culture of Romagna.
