With a bright straw-yellow color, this Dolomites Chardonnay shows a fresh, linear profile: on the nose ripe white fruit emerges, with hints of pear and Golden apple and a light touch of citrus that adds liveliness. A pleasant floral note fades on the finish. On the palate the sip is pleasantly balanced, medium-bodied, with genuine acidity and a pleasant sapidity that supports the structure; the substance is well-defined but not aggressive, with controlled softness and a clean persistence.

It drinks well both on its own and paired with delicate fish dishes, light white meats and fresh cheeses; it also works as an aperitif wine for summer evenings. Serve at around 10-12°C to appreciate its freshness and tension on the palate. It is a Chardonnay with a versatile, unforced profile, designed for those seeking a crisp, easy-to-drink white with the right structure to support everyday pairings.
