Pairing Red meats, game, aged cheeses
In the glass it shows a deep ruby color, with lively highlights that invite you to bring the glass closer. The nose is clear but measured: it recalls ripe red fruits, subtle floral notes and a spicy hint that adds character without overwhelming.

On the palate it is balanced, supported by lively freshness and well-rounded tannins that define its structure; its sapidity carries the sip to a dignified persistence, leaving a pleasantly dry and recognizable aftertaste. The Magnum bottle enhances the evolution of the aromas and makes this Chianti Classico ideal for moments to share: open it a little in advance or decant it if you want to emphasize its softness. It pairs naturally with red meat dishes, roasts and aged cheeses, but also stands up well to more savory traditional dishes. Perfect for those seeking a wine with personality, capable of expressing itself both in convivial company and in a more attentive tasting.
