Chianti Classico DOCG - San Jacopo da Vicchiomaggio - Castello Vicchiomaggio is born in the heart of Tuscany, an authentic expression of the Chianti Classico territory, rich in history and tradition. Obtained mainly from Sangiovese grapes, this wine reflects the elegance and structure typical of this native variety, cultivated among the hills of Greve in Chianti. The aging takes place mainly in oak barrels, which provide aromatic complexity and a pleasant softness on the palate.

On the nose, notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and plum, emerge, intertwined with spicy and slightly balsamic hints. On the palate, it is balanced, with refined tannins and a lively acidity that guarantees longevity and freshness. Ideal with traditional Tuscan dishes, such as ribollita or Florentine steak, it also gracefully accompanies aged cheeses. A wine that tells the authentic character of the most classic Tuscany.
