Offered by Mazzetti in a 70 cl bottle, Liquirizia Experience presents a clear olfactory profile: licorice leads the way with sweet anise notes and balsamic hints, without becoming cloying. On the nose there is a pleasant cleanliness, with an earthy touch that supports the aromatic profile and a slight development toward toasted and mentholated notes. The intensity is pronounced but controlled, suitable for those seeking an authentic expression of the character extracted from licorice. The profile is immediate yet offers hints of complexity on the palate.

On the palate it shows a soft, enveloping texture: the initial sweetness is balanced by a subtle bitterness and a sapid quality that invites another sip. Full-bodied, with measured warmth and good persistence, it leaves mentholated impressions and bitter cocoa. It is suitable both for neat tasting at a cool temperature and as an element in structured cocktails; it also pairs well with dark chocolate desserts or blue cheeses, offering contrast and depth to the dish. Moreover, when used sparingly, it enriches sauces and ice creams without overpowering the other ingredients.
