Conte della Vipera Umbria IGT, from Castello della Sala by Marchesi Antinori, presents an elegant, measured profile. In the glass it shows a light straw-yellow color; on the nose delicate aromas of white flowers, citrus peel and white peach emerge, with a subtle herbaceous hint and a pleasant mineral note. On the palate it feels balanced, with lively freshness and a light-to-medium body: the texture is smooth yet supported by a saline element that lengthens the persistence without forcing. The finish remains clean, inviting another sip.

It is recommended to serve it chilled, around 8–10 °C, in not-too-large glasses to preserve the aromas. It pairs naturally with seafood starters, carpaccios and raw fish, pasta with shellfish, grilled fish and white fish mains; it also suits flavorful salads and fresh soft cheeses. Thanks to its ability to accompany light dishes without overpowering them, it is a practical choice for summer lunches, informal dinners or food pairings that favor balance and lightness.
