Conte della Vipera Umbria IGT, produced at Castello della Sala for Marchesi Antinori, is offered in a magnum format with a wooden case: packaging that highlights the bottle for important occasions and as a gift. In the glass it shows a luminous straw-yellow colour. On the nose it reveals delicate aromas of white flowers, pear and white-fleshed peach, accompanied by light citrus notes and mineral hints that convey immediate freshness. On the palate it displays a harmonious texture, with good acidity balanced by measured softness; the finish is saline and invites another sip.

It pairs naturally with seafood starters, pasta with fish, shellfish and white meats, but is equally pleasant as an aperitif or with fresh cheeses. The magnum format promotes conviviality and sharing; the wooden case underscores its value and facilitates transport and storage. Serve well chilled, at around 8–10 °C, to best appreciate its aromas and balance.
