The "Deluxe Basic Package" offered by Corte Rugolin presents an exemplary selection for those wishing to explore the rich wine heritage of Valpolicella. This package includes a variety of wines ranging from the fresh and fruity Valpolicella Classico to the more structured and complex Amarone, including elegant and sophisticated versions of Ripasso and Recioto.

The Valpolicella Classico included here is known for its lively acidity and aromas of cherry and light spices, making it an excellent choice to pair with light pasta dishes or roasted chicken. Next is the Valpolicella Ripasso, renowned for its distinctive production method that involves a second fermentation on the pomace of Amarone for increased concentration. The result is a fuller-bodied wine, with notes of ripe fruit and a delicate spiced vein, ideal for more structured dishes like braised meats and roasts.

The Amarone in the selection is an imposing specimen, rich in aromas of dried fruit, tobacco, and chocolate, with a palate that offers a perfect balance between power and elegance. The long maturation in barrels gives this wine extraordinary complexity and a persistently enveloping finish.

Lastly, the Recioto, a sweet and concentrated wine, perfect for savoring with chocolate desserts or blue cheeses, completes the package with its aromatic richness of red fruits, plums, and notes of sweet spices.

Each bottle in the "Deluxe Basic Package" from Corte Rugolin is selected to showcase the typicality and uniqueness of the Valpolicella terroir, offering a complete and deeply rooted tasting experience in the local wine tradition. This selection represents an ideal choice for wine lovers looking to explore the diversity and quality of the wine production of this renowned area.
