The Recioto della Valpolicella Classico DOCG of Corte Rugolin is born in the heart of the classical Valpolicella area, a region renowned for its marl and limestone-rich soils that lend elegance and structure to the wines. This precious sweet wine comes from Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella grapes, strictly selected and dried according to the traditional Venetian appassimento technique, which concentrates sugars and aromas, providing depth and complexity.

The aging takes place in oak barrels, thus completing the balance between sweetness and freshness, with notes of cherries in spirit, sweet spices, and a slight hint of bitter almond. On the palate, it is soft and enveloping, with a persistent and harmonious finish, ideal to accompany chocolate-based desserts or aged cheeses. An authentic testimony of Veronese tradition, capable of exciting with its balance and gustatory richness.
