Immerse yourself in the heart of Roussillon with Olivier Pithon's Cotes Du Roussillon - Cuvee Lais - Rouge 2021. This red wine perfectly encapsulates the spirit of the Southern French terroir, celebrated for its unique blend of Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre, and Syrah. A deep ruby color and olfactory intensity combine for a memorable first impression.

On the nose, Cuvee Lais expresses vibrant notes of ripe red fruits, complemented by a slight spiciness that adds complexity to the aroma. Its aging in wooden barrels allows for the development of a delicate tannic structure that harmoniously integrates hints of vanilla and black pepper.

On the palate, the wine reveals its balance with a freshness that perfectly offsets the alcohol content. The tannins are silky and well-structured, giving the wine a persistence that invites a second sip.

An ideal companion for dinners featuring grilled red meats or aged cheeses, the Cuvee Lais 2021 is also an excellent choice for those who wish to discover the richness of Roussillon wines. A glass full of personality and tradition, reflecting the craftsmanship and passion of Olivier Pithon.
