The Cotes Du Roussillon "Le Pilou" produced by Olivier Pithon is a sublime expression of organic viticulture from Southern France. This intensely aromatic red wine is primarily made with Carignan grapes that are over 60 years old, complemented by a selection of other local varieties that contribute to a complex and richly layered structure.

On the nose, "Le Pilou" offers an enveloping bouquet of ripe red fruits, spices, and a slightly floral touch that immediately invites you to sip. On the palate, it reveals itself as complex and well-balanced: the tannins are soft yet persistent, accompanied by a freshness that refreshes the palate. Notes of blackberry, cherry, and a slight vein of earthy minerality meld into a long and pleasantly lingering finish.

This wine is an excellent companion to robust dishes such as roasted red meats, spicy stews, or aged cheeses. Its versatility and intensity also make it perfect for special occasions, offering a true sensory experience for wine lovers. Olivier Pithon's "Le Pilou" is more than a wine; it is a testament to the harmony between man and nature.
