Pairing Aperitifs, fish, refined dishes
Elegant Franciacorta DOCG from Tenuta Montenisa for Marchese Antinori, boxed and designed for those who seek characterful bubbles without excess. The color is bright straw and the fine perlage accompanies a discreet bouquet: white flowers, apple and a light yeasty note evoking baking. Well balanced between freshness and softness, it shows a saline minerality that supports the sip and a citrus lift that keeps it bright, making it approachable but not banal and suitable both for aperitifs and more formal moments.

On the palate it is smooth, with a creaminess that harmonizes the lively acidity; the structure is supported without being overpowering and the persistence remains on a thread of citrus and light toastiness. It pairs well with shellfish, baked fish or a delicate risotto, but also stands up to festive pairings; the finish is pleasantly long, with a saline return that invites the next sip. Serve chilled, around 6–8 °C; the presentation box adds an elegant touch for a gift.
