Pairing Aperitifs, fish, refined dishes
Fine perlage and a delicate mousse that wraps the palate, aromas composed of white-fleshed fruit, wildflowers and fragrant yeasts that recall nuances of toasted bread. The palate is linear and focused, with good freshness and a sharp sapidity that supports the wine’s substance; the structure is balanced, the flavor texture precise and the finish pleasant—ideal for those seeking a sparkling wine of restraint and expressive clarity without excess.

The magnum bottle, presented in a wooden case, enhances preservation and the presentation: it opens well in the glass and delivers a slower unfolding of the aromatic profile, perfect for important occasions or as a gift. Served chilled, it accompanies refined appetizers, crustaceans and fish-based preparations, while also standing up with balance to white meat dishes and fresh cheeses; the wooden packaging adds an extra touch of elegance.

Terroir and vineyards
Located in the Bolgheri DOC (Upper Maremma) on a plain encircled by gentle hills known as the “Bolgheri Amphitheatre.” Climate is moderated by sea breezes; alluvial soils range from sandy-clay to silty-clay with fine gravel (Bolgheri agglomerate), influencing the character of varieties grown (Cabernet, Merlot, Vermentino, etc.).
