Pairing Aperitifs, fish, refined dishes
Elegant and solemn, this Cuvée Royale Franciacorta DOCG in the Mathusalem format expresses the refined character of Tenuta Montenisa by Marchese Antinori, packaged in a wooden case that enhances its scenic presence. In the glass it shows very fine perlage and a creamy texture: the bouquet recalls white fruit, citrus zest and a subtle note of yeast and freshly baked bread. The sip is balanced, supported by fresh acidity and a savory sapidity that lengthens its persistence without ever weighing it down; the finish returns to fragrant notes, leaving a sense of order and cleanliness.

Designed for celebratory moments and as a gift, it is suited both to solemn toasts and convivial aperitifs: the wooden case makes it an elegant object to display. When served chilled in a tulip glass it highlights the finesse of the bubbles and the harmony of the sip; it pairs gracefully with seafood appetizers, shellfish, delicate fish preparations and fresh cheeses, offering versatility without losing its measured and pleasant character.
