Elegant and measured, this Franciacorta DOCG from Tenuta Montenisa for Marchese Antinori stands out for a refined profile and a fine perlage that accompanies a pleasant, restrained aromatic profile: notes of green apple, citrus zest and a light yeasty hint that provides depth without weighing it down.

On the palate it shows a balance between freshness and softness, with a saline thread that supports the sip and a creamy effervescence that makes it easy-drinking and of good body, suitable both for toasts and for more contemplative moments. Packaged as a Salmanazar and presented in a wooden case, it is a striking choice for important occasions or as a classy gift. Serve chilled to appreciate its vivacity; it pairs naturally with structured seafood dishes, oven-baked or grilled fish preparations, and soft cheeses. The bottle’s dramatic presentation adds a convivial touch that enhances the wine’s presence on the table.
