The Dolcetto d’Alba DOC of Ballarin represents an elegant expression of the Piedmontese winemaking tradition. Produced exclusively with Dolcetto grapes, an indigenous variety known for its freshness and easy drinkability, this wine is born in the heart of the Alba hills, a territory famous for the quality of its red wines.

The winemaking process aims to preserve the typical fruity intensity and soft texture of Dolcetto, with generally short aging in steel that enhances its notes of cherry, plum, and light floral nuances. On the palate, it stands out for its medium body, lively acidity, and delicate tannins, making it an ideal companion for Piedmontese cuisine dishes such as agnolotti or white meats.

The Dolcetto d’Alba DOC of Ballarin is a versatile wine, ready to drink, capable of conveying the authenticity of its territory without excesses, appealing to those seeking a quality everyday red.
