It pairs naturally with grilled red meats, hearty stews, mushroom dishes and hard cheeses. It is recommended to serve it at around 16–18 °C and to choose a wide tulip glass to enhance the expression of aromas. For the best experience, it is useful to uncork the bottle a few minutes before serving; a short aeration in a decanter can further soften the tannins. Store in a cool place, away from heat sources and direct light. It is a versatile choice for everyday dinners and convivial moments.
