Pairing Sweets, desserts, fresh fruit
Euforia Moscato d’Asti DOCG 2025 by Cagliero presents an immediate, joyful aromatic profile: on the nose it reveals acacia flowers, ripe peach and a hint of citrus peel, supported by a fine sweetness reminiscent of honey. The profile is fragrant and direct, with a delicate perlage that softens the sweetness and contributes to a sense of lightness. The restrained alcohol level and fresh acidity keep it balanced, making the wine easy and pleasant on first approach; it should be enjoyed young, when the primary aromas are most vibrant. The sip is soft and caressing, with a slim body and a lengthening persistence that doesn’t weigh it down; the sweetness remains well calibrated, never cloying.

It naturally pairs with dry pastries, fruit desserts and fresh cheeses, and also works excellently as an aperitif wine on summer days. It’s ideal for informal moments and small gatherings, without weighing down the meal. Serve very cold, around 6–8 °C, to enhance its freshness and aromatic character.
