La Tenuta Santa Lucia è una azienda agricola romagnola che sorge nella provincia di Forlì-Cesena, a Mercato Saraceno. La Tenuta pone, da sempre, al primo posto la coltivazione di vitigni autoctoni che non danneggiano il territorio. Il vitigno famoso è uno dei vitigni autoctoni della Romagna meno conosciuti. Infatti, per diversi anni è stato abbandonato, ma è stato recentemente riscoperto, in quanto resiste anche alle rigide temperature invernali. La Tenuta Santa Lucia raccoglie le bacche bianche di questo vitigno manualmente a settembre. Le uve vengono selezionate attentamente, con particolare attenzione all’esposizione al sole e all’integrità dei grappoli. In seguito viene eseguita la spremitura dell'intero grappolo e una breve decantazione statica a freddo. La fermentazione avviene spontaneamente con lieviti indigeni, mentre l'affinamento avviene per 8 mesi sui lieviti e per 12 in bottiglia. 

Il Famoso è un vino dal delicato colore giallo chiaro con un profumo intenso che ricorda la frutta esotica, gli agrumi e i fiori gialli. In bocca risulta fresco e soave. 

L'aromaticità di questo vino lo rende perfetto da accompagnare a piatti a base di pesce e a formaggi.

Winery located in Poggio Mirteto (Province of Rieti) in the Tiber Valley. It produces a range of red, white and sparkling wines made from the typical varieties grown in the estate's vineyards.

Located in Poggio Mirteto in the Tiber Valley, an area linked to the production of Colli della Sabina. The vineyard and estate area is reported to be approximately 45 hectares. Representative wines: Morrone, Domina Sabinae and Elodia. Welcomes visits and tastings; also offers lunches and dinners on weekends. A wide range of cultivated grape varieties, with both white and red wines and vintage bottles available in the online shop.
Winery history
The estate was established when the owning family purchased a farmhouse in Sabina and gradually planted vineyards; over time it evolved from producing grapes sold to third parties to bottling its own wines, with a progressive selection of the estate's labels and crus.
Production philosophy
Focused on vineyard care and on highlighting the characteristics of the local terroir: a pursuit of quality in the vineyard and cellar practices aimed at expressing the distinctive character of the grapes and the production site.
Terroir and vineyards
Hilly terrain in the Sabina area, with mixed soils characterized by pebbles and sediments. The location is influenced by the proximity of Monte Soratte and by the geographical area between Rome and the province of Rieti.
