The Franciacorta Cabochon Brut Millesimato from the prestigious Monte Rossa winery is a selection of great finesse, representing an excellent example of the Franciacorta terroir. This sparkling wine signifies the pinnacle of craftsmanship and dedication to quality that characterizes Monte Rossa's productions.

This Franciacorta results from a meticulous selection of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes, which are hand-picked and manually selected. Following vinification, the wine undergoes an extended aging process on the lees for over 40 months, imparting a complex structure and unmatched creaminess. The final product is a millesimato, reflecting the unique characteristics of the specific harvest year.

Visually, the Cabochon Brut Millesimato seduces with its straw-yellow color and golden reflections, accompanied by a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, one can distinguish aromas of ripe white-fleshed fruit, notes of toasted bread, and hints of almond. On the palate, it is elegantly structured, with lively freshness balanced by luxurious creaminess that extends into a long and clean finish.

This wine is presented in an elegant case that highlights its prestige, making it ideal for special occasions or as a significant gift for enthusiasts of high-quality wines. Perfect to serve as an aperitif or to accompany refined dishes of fish and white meats.

In short, the Franciacorta Cabochon Brut Millesimato from Monte Rossa is more than just a wine; it is a statement of elegance and sophistication, crafted for those seeking a unique and impactful sensory experience.
