This sparkling wine, made from select Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, offers a distinctive expression of Franciacorta's unique terroir. Presented in a Magnum format and accompanied by an elegant gift box, it is a special selection that celebrates grand occasions.

The vinification follows the traditional method, with a long aging on the lees for over 30 months, giving the Cabochon a complex aroma and enviable structure. Visually, N.23 displays a bright golden color and a fine, persistent perlage, a mark of its high quality and meticulous production.

On the nose, it reveals refined notes of white-fleshed fruit, citrus peel, and nuances of toasted bread. This bouquet is enriched with hints of almond and minerality, developed through the extended aging period.

On the palate, the Franciacorta Cabochon Fuoriserie N.23 is vigorous and full, with a freshness balanced by luxurious creaminess. Its well-integrated acidity leads to a long and memorable finish, allowing for an elegant and multifaceted aftertaste.

Perfect as an aperitif, this sparkling wine pairs wonderfully with sophisticated seafood dishes, white meats, or as an accompaniment to a fine dining experience. Serve at a temperature of 6-8°C to enhance all its qualities.
