The Franciacorta DOCG Brut from Cornaleto is a sparkling wine that emphasizes freshness and balance. It shows a fine, persistent bead and a bright straw-yellow colour. On the nose it offers impressions of green apple, pear and light floral notes, with a hint of toasted bread that contributes to an overall clean and saline impression. On the palate it is dry, with good tension and a measured body; the finish recalls fruity nuances and a slightly mineral note.

It is ideal as an aperitif but also pairs well with fish dishes, shellfish, light fried foods and fresh cheeses. Serve well chilled in relatively broad glasses to enhance its aromas and keep the temperature, avoiding exposure to heat sources; consume within a few years to best appreciate its youthful, lively character. Its versatility makes it suitable for informal moments as well as more refined gatherings.
