The Franciacorta DOCG Rosé from Cornaleto shows a pale pink hue, animated by fine, persistent bubbles that emphasize its elegance. On the nose it opens with a fragrant profile featuring notes of small red fruits like wild strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by subtle floral hints and a touch of citrus that lightens the character. The olfactory impression is immediate yet restrained, inviting tasting without being intrusive.

On the palate it confirms a balance between freshness and softness, supported by good acidity and smooth drinkability. The texture is sapid, with fruity returns that intertwine with a pleasant, crisp finish; the persistence leaves a clean and lively impression. It suits the aperitif and dishes based on fish and shellfish, but also pairs with delicate white meats and red-fruit desserts. Serve cold, in wide glasses to allow the aromas to develop. Also suitable for understated celebratory moments.
