The Franciacorta DOCG Satèn from Cornaleto offers a gentle, approachable profile. It shows a bright straw-yellow color with fine bubbles that give a creamy texture on the palate. On the nose there are delicate aromas of white flowers, white-fleshed fruit and a hint of almond, always fresh and unobtrusive. The overall impression is balanced between freshness and softness, with a slender persistence that invites another sip.

Suitable as an aperitif, this Satèn also pairs with seafood starters, shellfish, sushi and delicate first courses such as light risottos. It works well with fresh or soft cheeses and, in general, for convivial occasions when an elegant but not heavily structured sparkling wine is desired. Serve well chilled, around 6–8 °C, in wide glasses to allow the aromas to develop. Cornaleto presents a restrained, versatile option here, ideal for those who enjoy gently expressive bubbles.
