Il Franciacorta DOCG Brut di Santa Croce è un vino spumante di grande classe, espressione della storica tradizione vitivinicola della Franciacorta. Questo spumante è ottenuto prevalentemente da uve Chardonnay, con una piccola percentuale di Pinot Nero. Al calice, si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino scintillante e una spuma fine e persistente.

Al naso, il Franciacorta DOCG Brut regala un bouquet elegante e complesso, con note di frutta matura, miele, e delicate sfumature di crosta di pane, dovute al lungo affinamento sui lieviti. Si possono percepire anche lievi accenni floreali e un tocco di agrumi che dona freschezza al profilo aromatico.

Winery history
Cantina di Santa Croce is a cooperative with deep roots in the Modena area; on its company website it presents itself as a producer of Lambrusco since 1907. Over the years it has preserved the traditional character of the territory while introducing modern initiatives such as organic ranges and participation in national and international wine competitions.
Production philosophy
Showcasing the region and its local specialties, with attention to the Lambrusco tradition as well as to product innovation: PDO/PGI wines, selected sparkling wines and a recently launched organic range, along with direct sales and the promotion of local wine culture.
Terroir and vineyards
