Franciacorta DOCG Pas Dosè di Santa Croce è un vino spumante di alta qualità che nasce nelle rinomate terre di Franciacorta, in Lombardia. Questo vino è ottenuto mediante il metodo classico, che prevede una doppia fermentazione in bottiglia, e si distingue per la sua autenticità e purezza.

Il termine "Pas Dosè" indica che durante il processo di sboccatura non è stato aggiunto alcuno sciroppo di dosaggio, mantenendo così il vino completamente secco. Questo permette di esprimere al meglio le caratteristiche distintive del terroir e delle uve utilizzate, in prevalenza Chardonnay, con possibili integrazioni di Pinot Nero e Pinot Bianco.

Alla vista, il Franciacorta DOCG Pas Dosè si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino brillante e un perlage fine e persistente. Al naso, emana profumi eleganti e complessi, con note di frutta fresca come mela verde e agrumi, arricchite da sentori di crosta di pane e fiori bianchi, derivanti dall'affinamento sui lieviti per almeno 30 mesi.

Al palato, questo spumante è vivace e strutturato, con un'acidità ben equilibrata e un finale lungo e minerale. È ideale come aperitivo, ma si abbina splendidamente anche a piatti di pesce, crostacei e formaggi freschi.

Cantina di Santa Croce is a cooperative with deep roots in the Modena area; on its company website it presents itself as a producer of Lambrusco since 1907. Over the years it has preserved the traditional character of the territory while introducing modern initiatives such as organic ranges and participation in national and international wine competitions.
Production philosophy
Showcasing the region and its local specialties, with attention to the Lambrusco tradition as well as to product innovation: PDO/PGI wines, selected sparkling wines and a recently launched organic range, along with direct sales and the promotion of local wine culture.
