Il Franciacorta DOCG Rosè - Santa Croce è un autentico capolavoro delle colline lombarde, espressione di eleganza e raffinatezza. Questo spumante Metodo Classico nasce da uve selezionate di Pinot Nero, con una piccola percentuale di Chardonnay che conferisce bilanciamento e complessità.

Alla vista, si presenta con un delicato color salmone, impreziosito da un perlage fine e persistente. Al naso, regala un bouquet aromatico complesso: sentori di piccoli frutti rossi come lamponi e fragoline di bosco si intrecciano con delicate note di agrumi e una lieve nuance di crosta di pane, dovuta alla prolungata maturazione sui lieviti.

In bocca, il Franciacorta DOCG Rosè - Santa Croce è armonico e ben strutturato. Le bollicine sono fini e cremosi, offrendo una sensazione vellutata al palato. L'acidità ben bilanciata e la freschezza degli aromi fruttati rendono questo rosé vivace e versatile. Il finale è lungo, pulito e asciutto, con un retrogusto piacevolmente minerale.

Cantina di Santa Croce is a cooperative with deep roots in the Modena area; on its company website it presents itself as a producer of Lambrusco since 1907. Over the years it has preserved the traditional character of the territory while introducing modern initiatives such as organic ranges and participation in national and international wine competitions.
Production philosophy
Showcasing the region and its local specialties, with attention to the Lambrusco tradition as well as to product innovation: PDO/PGI wines, selected sparkling wines and a recently launched organic range, along with direct sales and the promotion of local wine culture.
