Subtle elegance and softness distinguish this Franciacorta Satèn from Vigneti Cenci: fine, creamy bubbles, taut but never aggressive, that envelop the sip with an almost silky texture. On the nose a delicate palette of white flowers and white-fleshed fruit emerges, with slight biscuity suggestions that enrich its depth without weighing it down; the profile remains fresh and saline, well balanced in its gustatory progression. The magnum bottle enhances the slowness of aromatic evolution, imparting an overall sense of harmony. On tasting it shows medium body, measured acidity and an elegant persistence that invites small sips; it’s the kind of Franciacorta that favors grace over power.

It is best served at 6–8 °C and simply accompanies raw seafood and shellfish, seafood starters, slightly creamy risottos and fresh cheeses, but it also suits refined aperitif occasions. A versatile option for those seeking finesse and drinkability in magnum format.
