Pairing Appetizers, fish, delicate dishes
The Satèn version from Vigneti Cenci presents with extremely fine bubbles and a creamy texture that gently wraps the glass. On the nose, white flowers, ripe peach and subtle hints of almond emerge, supported by a light note of fresh bread that does not overpower the overall freshness. The impression is one of measured elegance: it does not seek power but the quality of detail, with a pleasant softness that invites a sip.

On the palate it confirms a soft, silky structure, where freshness is well balanced and salinity provides equilibrium, leaving a pleasant persistence without weighing it down. It works well as a refined aperitif but also pairs with delicate seafood dishes, shellfish, sushi and fresh cheeses; interesting also with creamy first courses. Serve chilled, around 6-8 °C, to best appreciate its finesse and the balance of the sip.
