The Freisa Langhe DOC 2023 from Giacomo Fenocchio presents a bright ruby color and an immediate aromatic profile: hints of small red fruits, raspberry and cherry, accompanied by a light floral note and a spicy touch that adds complexity without dominating.

On the palate it shows a good balance between freshness and structure; the acidity supports the sip, making it lively, while the tannins, present but well integrated, outline a firm and pleasant texture. The wine is easy-drinking, with a sapidity that extends the persistence without weighing down the finish. A versatile wine, it lends itself to being enjoyed young but retains charm when paired with more characterful dishes: artisanal cured meats, lightly stewed meats and medium-aged cheeses enhance its substance and freshness. It is advisable to serve it at cellar temperature to capture the aromatic liveliness; its measured character makes it interesting both for everyday meals and for convivial moments when balance and immediacy are sought.
