The Friulano DOC from Ronco dei Tassi is produced exclusively with Friulano grapes, a native variant known for its delicate aromas and elegant structure. On the nose, it offers an aromatic bouquet of white flowers, with slight hints of almond and fresh herbs reflecting the biodiversity of its habitat. On the palate, it is distinguished by its freshness and lively acidity, which make it particularly appreciated in tasting.

Upon tasting, this wine shows a surprising complexity, with a soft texture that envelops the palate, followed by a persistent finish that leaves a pleasantly bitter note, typical of the Friulano. Its balanced structure makes it enjoyable paired with fish dishes, seafood, and white meats, as well as with traditional Friulian cuisine.

The vinification of the Friulano DOC from Ronco dei Tassi follows traditional methods, with controlled fermentation that best preserves the aromatic qualities of the grapes. Aging occurs in stainless steel containers to maintain the freshness and integrity of the fruit.

Fosarin — the estate’s signature wine, awarded Tre Bicchieri. Located in Cormòns, Collio Goriziano; the name derives from "ronco" and from the presence of yew trees. A broad range of wines, including Fosarin, Cjarandon, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon, Ribolla Gialla and Picolit. An agricultural philosophy focused on vineyard care and the targeted management of fermentations to preserve typicity.
Winery history
The estate was founded when Fabio Coser, together with his wife Daniela, purchased a property in the heart of the Collio; the name comes from the presence of colonies of badgers and from the vineyards’ typical 'ronco' layout. The winery has grown over the years, becoming a local reference for Collio white wines.
Production philosophy
Quality-focused approach to raw materials: careful attention to vine training systems and frequent vineyard inspections to bring healthy grapes to the winery and allow winemaking that highlights the typicity of the terroir. In the historic blends, ageing in wood and vinification in stainless steel are balanced to achieve complexity without overpowering the fruit.
Terroir and vineyards
Collio Goriziano, in the municipality of Cormòns, at altitudes ranging from approximately 140 to 200 m above sea level; close to the protected Plessiva area, characterized by terraced vineyards and a rich presence of flora and fauna. The territory is fundamental to the style of the wines, with a strong focus on indigenous and international white varieties cultivated in the area.
Awards and recognitions
