The Fronton Rouge Château Plaisance from Chateau Plaisance is a distinctive red wine hailing from the picturesque region of Fronton in southwest France. This expression is crafted mainly with the local grape variety Négrette, which imparts unique and alluring characteristics to this wine.

The cuvée presents a deep ruby red color with violet hues. On the nose, the Fronton Rouge reveals a complex and enveloping bouquet, with notes of ripe red fruits such as blackberry and currant, enhanced by a light floral hint of violets and sweet spices. On the palate, the wine is structured yet balanced, with soft tannins harmoniously blending with lively acidity. The dark fruit flavors mingle with undertones of black pepper and chocolate, leading to a long and pleasantly persistent finish.

Perfect to serve at a temperature of about 16-18°C, the Fronton Rouge Château Plaisance is ideal to pair with red meat dishes, game, or aged cheeses. A wine that embodies the elegance and typicity of its terroir, ideal for those seeking a French red with character and authenticity.
