The Fumis "Esprit Follet" DOC from the renowned La Crotta di Vegneron winery is a wine that embodies the essence and authenticity of the Aosta Valley. La Crotta di Vegneron, with its profound knowledge of the territory and its dedication to the valorisation of native vines, offers a unique interpretation of the Fumis vine.

This wine has an intense and deep ruby red color, with violet reflections that testify to its youth and vitality. On the nose, it offers a complex and inviting aromatic bouquet, with intense aromas of berries, such as dark cherries and blueberries, accompanied by subtle floral and spicy notes.

In the mouth, the Fumis "Esprit Follet" reveals a full-bodied and enveloping sip, with a pleasant softness and a well-balanced freshness. The ripe fruit flavors blend harmoniously with the spicy and earthy notes, while the soft tannins give the wine an elegant and complex structure. The finish is long and persistent, leaving a pleasant sensation of fullness and satisfaction.

This wine pairs beautifully with dishes from the Aosta Valley cuisine, such as red meats, game, mature cheeses and rustic dishes of the local tradition. Thanks to its complexity and distinctive character, it is also perfect to enjoy alone, in moments of relaxation and contemplation.

The Fumis "Esprit Follet" DOC by La Crotta di Vegneron represents an authentic celebration of the Fumis grape variety and the Aosta Valley territory, offering an unforgettable tasting experience that delights the senses and satisfies the palate.
