Giffard presents a wide range of pure sugar based, concentrated, flavored and colored syrups; finally hot pasteurized for guaranteed conservation. Syrups highly used for the creation of cocktails or mocktails, but also for the preparation of smoothies, milkshakes and excellent granitas.
Giffard Bitter contains natural flavourings, with vegetable substances which give a sweet bitterness to the preparations.
It has a red color with ruby reflections. Rich in hints of gentian, bitter oranges and cinchona.
It is recommended to use it in the preparation of cocktails with or without alcohol.
