On the palate there is a controlled roundness and good mid-palate clarity, where the alcohol is present but well integrated, leaving room for citrus echoes and a pleasant bitter touch on the finish. It’s ideal for simple cocktails that highlight the gin — a classic gin and tonic with a twist of lemon or grapefruit, or in more contemporary mixed drinks; it also pairs well with seafood starters and herb-based dishes. Best served very cold and with a non-intrusive tonic, it allows for aromatic experimentation without losing clarity.
