The distinctive feature of G'Vine Floraison Gin lies in the choice of grapes used, specifically the Ugni Blanc variety, commonly employed in the production of cognac. During the rare and brief floraison period, or the flowering of the vine, the fresh grape nectar is harvested and used as the alcoholic base for this sophisticated gin.
Incorporating ten different botanicals, including angelica root, coriander, licorice, cardamom, and cubeb, the real magic occurs with the distinct addition of fresh vine flowers. These flowers enrich the gin with refined floral notes, making it extremely soft and enveloping on the palate.
G'Vine Floraison has a crystal clear and pure appearance. On the nose, it displays a delicate aromatic bouquet, with a pronounced emphasis on vine flowers and hints of citrus. On the palate, it is elegantly soft, with a perfect balance of flavors that culminates in a long and pleasantly aromatic finish.
This gin is ideal to be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or as a sophisticated base for cocktails that require extended character and floral freshness. Its uniqueness revitalizes the traditional gin experience, making it stand out as a spirit of the highest quality and rare elegance.

Distillation
Separate maceration of botanical families in grape alcohol, individual distillation of aromatic distillates and blending; infusion of the vine blossom in eau-de-vie and final double distillation of the assembled wash in the 'Lily-Fleur' still (the blossom also passes through a Florentine 'Flo' still).
Ageing
Generally gins are not aged; however there are special expressions (e.g. Nouaison Réserve) that undergo finishing in Cognac casks.
