Clear and bright in color, it releases delicate notes of watermelon, citrus, and a hint of aromatic herbs on the nose, while on the palate it is soft and enveloping, with a perfect balance between sweetness and the spicy notes typical of juniper. The brief aging in a copper still enhances the subtlety of the aromas.
Perfect to enjoy neat or as a base for summer cocktails, Gin June Cocomero is ideal paired with fresh dishes, such as Mediterranean salads or sushi, enhancing the lightness and freshness of the meal.

Distillation
Separate maceration of botanical families in grape alcohol, individual distillation of aromatic distillates and blending; infusion of the vine blossom in eau-de-vie and final double distillation of the assembled wash in the 'Lily-Fleur' still (the blossom also passes through a Florentine 'Flo' still).
Ageing
Generally gins are not aged; however there are special expressions (e.g. Nouaison Réserve) that undergo finishing in Cognac casks.
