The distillation process takes place in copper stills, ensuring extreme purity and preserving the finest aromas. On the nose, fruity scents intertwine with the herbaceous notes typical of juniper, while the palate reveals a enveloping smoothness, with a slightly sweet and refreshing aftertaste.

Distillation
Separate maceration of botanical families in grape alcohol, individual distillation of aromatic distillates and blending; infusion of the vine blossom in eau-de-vie and final double distillation of the assembled wash in the 'Lily-Fleur' still (the blossom also passes through a Florentine 'Flo' still).
Ageing
Generally gins are not aged; however there are special expressions (e.g. Nouaison Réserve) that undergo finishing in Cognac casks.
